* Support the maintenance of project scope by collecting and documenting business requirements.

* Provide support for data migration activities, including data mapping and cleansing requirements.
* Collaborate with the testing team to identify user test scenarios and test cases.
* Ensure efficient handover of solution design and process impact information to change and training teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business, or a related field, or 3+ years of experience in business and digital analysis.
* Proven experience in mapping business requirements and processes to product functionality, identifying gaps and opportunities.
* Strong expertise in using process improvement tools and techniques to analyze and redesign business processes.
* Previous experience with HCMS system implementation is highly desirable.
