Technical Audio Visual Professional

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team, supporting hospital staff and users across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and controlling audio-visual equipment, performing service upgrades, and troubleshooting system errors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Setup and control of portable and fixed audio-visual equipment
* Service upgrades, modifications, and patches, including testing and recommissioning
* Remote system error troubleshooting and Level 1 and 2 support; raising fault reports for repairs
* Reactive callouts in patient rooms, clinical, and meeting spaces, interacting with patients and clinicians
The ideal candidate will have:
* Digital and high-definition system knowledge, including HD projection and video distribution
* Media/content platform knowledge, such as Video Asset Management and Content Management Systems; IPTV, codecs, encoding/transcoding, video formats, and file workflows
* High-level computer skills, digital media, web, and editing experience
* Understanding of system schematics and operation manuals
* Basic ICT network troubleshooting skills
AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist, Crestron certification or experience with third-party control systems, and ITIL Certification are desirable qualifications.
