We are seeking an individual to support our operational functions.
This permanent part-time opportunity involves maintaining financial and client systems, providing high levels of customer service, and problem-solving. You will coordinate the admission process, assist with recruitment and orientation, and maintain employee data within HR and Payroll systems.
* Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
* Previous rostering/scheduling experience highly desirable
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Complete a police check
* NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
