Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Participate in a two-year Graduate Program with three eight-month rotations across several departments
* First rotation in Human Resources (People and Culture) Department
* Assist with recruitment strategies and end-to-end recruitment including attracting, screening, interviewing, engaging, and onboarding
* Support learning and development opportunities and wellbeing initiatives
* Manage crewing operations through scheduling and rostering systems
* Coordinate technical and administrative human resources support and ensure compliance
* Review and update policies and procedures
* Collaborate with leaders to drive inclusion, engagement, and connection
* Champion workplace culture
