Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the team with sales, administrative tasks, and client management in a fast-paced office environment.
* Prioritize sales-driven goals while providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with clients to develop their event vision and create tailored solutions.
* Manage incoming calls, direct messages, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
* Contribute to showroom upkeep and assist with documentation, including quoting, booking creation, and proposal development.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work independently as part of a team.
* Proven problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required) and Adobe Suite (a plus).
