Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Officer - A Key Role in Financial Operations


Job Description:

As the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions. Your responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end receivables process, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

Your attention to detail and proactive communication style will foster positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, collections and reconciliations.
* Process and allocate income payments accurately and efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
* Prepare and distribute regular debtor reports to internal stakeholders.
* Reconcile accounts and assist in month-end closing processes.
* Support the broader finance team as required.
