Position Information: Murrumbidgee Regional High School is a large, 7‐12 comprehensive secondary school in Griffith with 590 students, including 12% Aboriginal and 22% Pasifika students. The school has a Clontarf Academy, an Aboriginal Learning and Engagement Centre and a Pasifika Community Liaison Officer to support students and staff. Griffith High School offers a comprehensive 7‐12 curriculum, with emphasis on learning and career pathways in hospitality, engineering and agriculture. The school is well‐resourced with a strong focus on STEM.
Remuneration Package
Total Remuneration Package: up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.
Recruitment Bonus: $20,000 (conditions apply). Relocation Support: $5,000 – $8,000.

Qualifications / Selection Criteria
* Approval to teach Technology (mandatory) and Industrial Technology – Metal, and willingness to teach Industrial Technology – Wood.
* Demonstrated ability to work as a proactive member of a faculty and contribute to developing, implementing and evaluating high‐level teaching programmes and resources within the faculty, which support student engagement and learning outcomes.
* Proven ability in classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills that build positive and productive working relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
Conditions
* Successful applicants may be entitled to a Recruitment Bonus of $20,000 (conditions apply).
* A Relocation Support Payment of $5,000 up to $8,000 will be available for eligible applicants.
* An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
