Job Title: Senior Development Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development of warehouse and industrial projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain detailed feasibility models for industrial development projects, including cost estimates, cash flows, and return metrics.
* Lead in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs such as Monthly Development Reports, Investor Reports, Strategic Development Plans and Budgets.
* Business partnering with internal teams including funds, development, and finance to ensure feasibility inputs are current and accurate.
* Conduct scenario testing and sensitivity analysis to inform commercial decisions throughout the development process.
* Maintain documentation and version control for financial models and project assumptions.
* Provide analytical support for leasing deals, cost updates, and project delivery reviews.
* Enhance and standardise financial models, reporting packs and dashboards to support project decision making and governance.
* Auditing and trouble-shooting feasibility models to support the development managers.
* Analysing potential developments, expansion of properties and divestments.
* Updating financial models based on forecasts from the development and investment management teams.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience in property development or real estate analysis, preferably with exposure to industrial/warehouse projects.
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
* Advanced financial modelling skills using Excel and/or industry-standard tools such as EstateMaster or ARGUS.
* Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle, including design, delivery, and leasing phases.
* Proven ability to work across multiple projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

* Able to problem solve, be highly flexible and able to adapt in a changing and demanding environment.
