About the Role
This is an outstanding two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Project Support: Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
* Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
* Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What We Need From You
1. A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business or double degree in Engineering / Business, Engineering / Commerce, Engineering / Finance.
2. Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
3. Prior student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
4. Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
5. A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
6. Innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
7. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
8. Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
