Your new role
As the
WA Sales Manager
, you will lead a team of four sales professionals (product specialists and sales reps) across WA, with a focus on seeding equipment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing key dealer relationships, and executing sales plans that expand market share in the region.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of 4 sales professionals across WA
* Develop and execute sales strategies focused on seeding equipment
* Collaborate with national leadership and report directly to the General Manager
* Identify growth opportunities and expand the WA client base
* Represent the company at industry events and field days
* Support the remote sales team and contribute to the Forrestdale office culture
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in sales leadership within the agriculture sector
* Strong technical knowledge of seeding equipment (e.g., planters, seeders)
* Ability to work autonomously and drive strategic outcomes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
