Job Overview

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Officer. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our unit by providing support for information and records management.


Main Responsibilities

* The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating misconduct matter management, processing correspondence, registering new or existing matters, and allocating notice numbers.
* They will also administer reports, data collation, and statistical reporting.
* Maintaining effective communication with complainants, public officers, and authorities is essential for this role.
* In addition, the candidate will perform other duties as required by the Director, Complaints and Oversight.


Pre-Employment Requirements

A pre-employment check is necessary before taking up the appointment, promotion, or transfer.

The following checks must be conducted:

* Security clearance at Baseline level.
* Verification of any disciplinary or managerial action.
* Experience in administration of electronic case management systems/databases.
* Experience working in a legal and/or confidential environment.
