What You Will Be Doing
Provide both reactive work and preventative maintenance to a range of different clients.
Effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Self-manage workload with the ability to determine job priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Mentor apprentices and provide technical onsite training.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring concerns and complaints are proactively addressed.
Work closely with other colleagues and managers within the region to foster a strong team environment.
Maintain current industry knowledge and keep updated with changes and advances in refrigeration, air-conditioning systems and technology.
You will be provided with training and development for a variety of work required across multiple sites.
You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting a diverse range of facilities, including:
World-Class Museums and Art Galleries – Maintain precise environmental conditions that protect priceless works of art and cultural heritage.
Major Hospitals – Support essential healthcare operations by ensuring the reliable performance of critical building systems.
Mining Sector – Support the operational efficiency and safety of mining facilities by maintaining robust mechanical and environmental systems.
Tertiary Education Institutions – Ensure comfortable and functional learning environments for students, staff, and faculty.
Central Energy Plants – Work with large-scale infrastructure providing energy to expansive and high-demand facilities.

$3,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $5,000 relocation assistance payment if you are in WA and willing to relocate to Bunbury.

About You
Experienced HVAC technician
Residential and small commercial AC technician who is looking for an opportunity to work with central plant
Willing to be trained in all things commercial HVAC
Will undergo a national police check and full medical including drug and alcohol testing
Skills And Experience
Refrigeration and Air-conditioning experience
Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence
Applicable Trade Licence
Australian National Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence
Central plant experience is ideal, however not required
We are more than willing to train the right candidate
