This is a full-time role that can be based in any of our offices.
The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 5, with an annual starting salary of $100,766 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
About You
We're looking for someone who aligns with our values of partnership, leadership and social justice.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Early Childhood Education & Care)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Children Services and quality management
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
* Demonstrated leadership experience.
* Advanced skills in documentation, reporting and quality systems
* The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust across diverse stakeholders
* A calm, solutions-focused approach to complex compliance matters
