About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, motivated and commercially astute Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a well-established retail centre on a 12-month contract. This role requires a well-rounded property professional with strong experience across all aspects of retail centre management. Key Responsibilities Manage the centre’s operational and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX planning and reporting Oversee lease administration, tenant billing, arrears management and debt recovery Partner with leasing teams on strategy and asset planning, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance asset value Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, retailers and community stakeholders Ensure the centre is maintained to a high standard through regular inspections, compliance management and risk mitigation Lead, mentor and develop the centre management team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture Skills and experience required for this role Minimum 5 years’ experience in shopping centre management Strong financial acumen with proven operational expertise Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented Community-focused with a collaborative and stakeholder-centric approach How to apply Apply now or get in touch with Elizabeth Croll on 0492 991 477 or ecroll@iconicrecruit.com.au for a confidential discussion.
