Job Summary
In this role, you will assist in the performance of office services functions, such as space allocation, staff meetings, catering, office moves, facility operations, security and access control, telecommunications, mail and shipping, messenger service, travel, office supplies, and furniture and equipment. Your knowledge of the office space will ensure unanticipated circumstances are successfully addressed.
Major Responsibilities
* Maintains facilities, files, drawings and plans
* Coordinates and sets up onboarding of new staff, meetings, project functions; arranging for facilities, equipment, and catering.
* Manage personal and centralised inboxes.
* Manager and coordinate both internal and external meetings, events, functions utilising various tools including calendar management, physical meeting rooms and spaces.
* Manage, coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Health, Safety and Environment; including but not limited to premise inspections, reviewing, updating and maintaining relevant registers.
* Performs tasks such as delivering packages or picking up small purchases.
* This position will at times require a base level of manual lifting and physical mobilisation.
Education And Experience Requirements
* 1-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Required Knowledge And Skills
* Proficiency and previous experience in a busy office environment with a friendly and positive outlook.
* Must have a healthy and pro-active attitude that ensures tasks are actioned and managed, focussing on safety with a customer emphasis.
* Experience in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and using Microsoft 365.
* Communication skills including verbal, written and technological.
