Hoban are looking for a HR administrator who is looking to learn and develop their career within HR. Our client is a global Audio Company with headquarters based in Germany.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is at the start of their Human Resource career and is looking to learn and develop their experience within this field.
Reporting into the National HR Manager, your main responabilities will be provide timely administrative support to the HR function.

**Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Organisation and maintaining accurate staff records, including updating the data in the internal HR system
- Acting as a first level support for any HR enquires
- Supporting employee lifecycle changes such as distributing and maintenance of employment contract documentation
- Overseeing the onboarding process from start to finish as well as executing the offboarding process
- Assist with performance and development process, talent reviews and performance management plans
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting company visitors
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Issuing access cards
- Acting as the key point of contact for the building management
