Maddy By Design is a fashion retailer specializing in on trend clothing with the addition of a vintage collection hand picked and sourced from around the world.
We're looking for a driven, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you love social media, working with influencers and want to grow with a dynamic group of companies, this role might be perfect for you.
What you'll do:
* Influencer Outreach & Management: Find, connect with and build relationships with influencers to spread the word about our businesses.
* Social Media Strategy: Own our social media game Plan, execute and optimise strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook and Meta.
* Content Creation: Create and schedule posts, reels and stories that engage, educate and entertain.
* Website maintenance: Keep the websites up to date with the latest offerings and deals.
* Analytics: Track performance, understand what works (and what doesn't) and suggest improvements to boost our presence.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our small but passionate team to brainstorm creative campaigns and drive growth.
* Content and backlink creation for SEO
What We're Looking For:
* A love for all things digital and social media.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to DM influencers.
* Design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or anything you're comfortable with).
* A self-starter attitude - you take initiative and get things done.
* Collaborate with teams across all brands to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
* Manage the online reputation of all businesses to inquiries on social media.
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience with digital marketing in the fashion industry. Namely:

* Landing Pages

* CRM experience
* Email marketing experience
* Marketing courses completed
* Marketing books read
* Experience working at an agency
* Experience working on the client side
What We Offer:
* Flexible working hours working in our Tingalpa office and remotely.
* Hourly rate: $35-$45 per hour, dependent upon experience.
