Uniting Early Learning Jahjumbeen is a well-established early learning centre in Toowong, proudly supporting the local community for over 25 years.

About the role
As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping curriculum, mentoring educators, and creating a high-quality learning environment.
You will:
* Lead engaging, play-based programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
* Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
* Mentor and collaborate with educators to support best practice
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Act as Responsible Person when required
* Contribute positively to our centre's culture and values

About you
You will bring:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – essential
* Strong working knowledge of EYLF, QKLG and the NQF
* Confidence documenting and assessing children's learning
* A collaborative approach with strong communication and leadership skills
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for quality early learning and relationships
