Job Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to manage our modern kitchen and ensure quality food preparation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef, preparing and cooking food according to recipes, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar qualification. They should also possess minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie. In addition they must have knowledge of key techniques such as stock management & control methods safety practices etc.
Apart from technical skills we seek someone with excellent communication interpersonal & leadership abilities who can work well under pressure maintain high standards whilst motivating team members promoting positive teamwork
