Role Overview
We are seeking a hardworking General Worker to support our arborist crews. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tree services and learn the skills required to grow into a climbing or equipment-operator role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with tree pruning, removals, and site clean-up.
Load and unload equipment, tools, and green waste.
Operate basic tools (chainsaws, chippers) under supervision.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform manual labour.
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or tree work is an advantage but not required.
White Card (Construction Induction) or willingness to obtain.
Current driver’s licence preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: AU$28 – AU$36, depending on skills and experience (overtime available).
Ongoing training in arboriculture and equipment operation.
Opportunities for career progression into Climbing Arborist or Crew Leader roles.
All required safety gear and PPE provided.
