About the role
We're now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Events and Commercial, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and communications for Tennis ACT.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Assisting in the delivery of the Tennis ACT Marketing and Communications Strategy across a range of campaigns and initiatives.
* Coordinating and maintaining our digital channels, including the Tennis ACT website, e-communication campaigns, social media platforms, and our Tennis Design Hub.
* Creating, designing, and delivering high quality digital assets and content to support key marketing campaigns throughout the year.
* Supporting the rollout of marketing and communications activities and campaigns for major events, including the internationally recognised Canberra International held over the Christmas/New Year period.
* Contributing to strengthening and growing the digital footprint of Tennis ACT through consistent, creative and high-quality output.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
* Confidently take initiative and show the knowhow to jump in, problem-solve, and keep projects moving.
* Support across a range of activities – whether that's drafting articles, event support or assisting with campaigns.
* Capture video and photography at tournaments and events, contributing heavily to Tennis ACT's content output.
* Provide strong support for website updates, campaign content, and e-campaigns.
* Contribute to ongoing social media activity, including creating content, managing collaborations, managing campaigns and Meta ads and capturing day‐to‐day material.
* Have experience in social media (Meta) and Canva
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
* Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis ACT.
