About the role

As the Senior Administration Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the transition of CLS services managed by New Horizons as we manage a change process with teams as a result of the recent tender. As a key part of the CLS transition team, you will work in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment to deliver a complex project to support change across a range of stakeholders. You will lead administrative tasks, assist the project team and support operations. Your work supports high‐quality mental health care for people across NSW.

This position is a term‐defined contract role, until the end of June 2026.

Your responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee administrative operations supporting the CLS Transition and Implementation project
* Provide high‐level administrative support for internal and external stakeholder meetings and project activities
* Manage the flow of information across teams, ensuring accurate and timely communication to stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records, manage project documentation and oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Support compliance processes, audits and continuous improvement initiatives across the service
* Supervise and support administrative staff including rostering, training and performance guidance
* Liaise with internal teams including People & Culture, Finance, Payroll and Assets & Facilities to support operational requirements
* Manage financial administration including billing oversight, invoice preparation, expense reconciliation and reporting
About you
* Tertiary qualifications in business management, administration or similar
* Demonstrated experience in senior administrative positions in medical/health related environments
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage young people, families and health professionals
* Strong time management, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team
* Confident with computer systems, including practice billing software (e.g. Best Practice)
* Ability to review and improve systems for operational efficiency and control
* Strong systems and reporting capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
* High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Pre‐employment Checks
* Current Police Check (Issued within the last 3 months)
* Current NSW Driver's License
* NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NSW WCC (or willingness to obtain)
