With active projects across Western Victoria, we're looking to grow our Ararat/Stawell-based team with two new Exploration Field Assistants — one Full-time and one Full-time Casual position.
About the Role
We're seeking reliable and motivated Exploration Field Assistants to support our team.
Working alongside our geologists, you'll assist with a range of field and operational tasks, including sampling, data collection, and site logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with geological and geochemical sampling (soil, rock chip, or other field samples)
Record and manage field data accurately using digital tools
Help organise and dispatch samples to laboratories
Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
Support day-to-day field logistics and operations
Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive team environment
About You
Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Current valid Australian driver's licence
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Previous field or trade experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
Must be eligible to work in Australia
