In this role, you'll carry out a variety of engine and mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with product warranty guidelines, company policies, and direction from the Service Manager.

Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Technician/Mechanic, you will:
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems
* Conduct servicing and warranty repairs in line with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
* Test drive and perform final quality checks before returning vehicles to customers
* Provide expert advice on vehicle condition and required repairs
* Accurately report work performed and maintain records in internal systems
* Order necessary parts for warranty and repair work
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealer product range and mechanical advancements
What We're Looking For
* Full Qualifications as a Technician/Mechanic
* Significant industry experience
* Strong diagnostic skills with a well-developed knowledge of the automotive industry
* Roadworthy experience - roadworthy license is highly advantageous
* Ability to provide training to technicians and apprentices
* Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment, and are highly motivated
* Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task where required, punctual and reliable
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
* Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic
* Availability to work some Saturdays
