We're seeking a warm, organised Medical Receptionist/Admin to join our small, supportive specialist practice in North Adelaide. This permanent full-time role offers stability, a supportive and friendly team environment, and the chance to contribute to patient-focused care.
About the Role:
* Work directly with a specialist in a boutique, patient-focused practice
* Welcome and assist patients with empathy and discretion
* Manage appointments, follow-ups, and communications (phone/email) efficiently
* Prepare and receipt patient accounts (Medicare/DVA/private billing)
* Coordinate theatre lists and weekly sister-site clinics
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage referrals using electronic medical record systems (training provided)
* Enjoy a variety of administrative tasks supporting smooth practice workflow
* No dictation typing required
