 
        
        Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to partner with people leaders and teams to assist with hiring, coordinate new employee onboarding, and administer our HR information system.
Main Responsibilities
 * Partner with people leaders and teams to assist with hiring for waged roles
 * Coordinate and support new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
 * Collate and write regular internal communications with leadership and the HR team
 * Administer and update our HRIS, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
 * Support implementation and ongoing compliance with site enterprise agreements
Key Requirements
 * Qualification in Human Resources and/or Business (degree level preferred)
 * At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a Human Resources function
 * Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs, with a good understanding of employment laws and regulations
 * Strong organizational, problem-solving and project management skills
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Teamwork skills, ability to work effectively as a team and collaborate with others
 * Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
