Drinks Specialist Spirits | Dan Murphy's Willoughby | For Lovers of Spirits
We are looking for a customer‐centric spirits connoisseur who is eager to learn and share their passion with customers and team members.
Salary: From $70,500 + superannuation
Responsibilities
* Actively engage customers in an authentic way in store, sharing product knowledge and providing end‐to‐end service.
* Work collaboratively with the store leadership team to set up and facilitate customer events.
* Advocate for My Dan's loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings.
* Instil your love and passion for spirits into every interaction and use this to develop team member product knowledge.
* Undertake a variety of in‐store tasks, including customer service, inventory tasks and duty management.
* Contribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines.
Qualifications
* Desire to create memorable customer moments and ability to work across key customer hours.
* Proficiency in the world of spirits and a good understanding of wine and beer.
* Thirst for knowledge and love to learn about new and emerging trends and categories.
* Ability to authentically impart knowledge, inspiring customers and teammates to continue their adventure of discovery.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Experience in a drinks‐related role, including the spirits industry, bar work or liquor retail.
