Our supportive work environment and dedication to career development make Coogee an excellent place to advance your future.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our Chlor Alkali Plant based in Kwinana, WA on a Permanent Full-Time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesFault finding and day-to-day maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems, including regular safety testing (e.g. IPF, proof, interlocks, etc.)Develop, review, and carry out high voltage isolationsLiaise with suppliers to establish and order electrical equipment as requiredEnsure compliance with hazardous area requirements onsite (e.g. dossier control, maintaining records, providing technical assistance, etc.)Complete all documentation related to maintenance activities accurately and in a timely mannerThe Successful Candidate will haveA current WA A Grade Electrical LicenceA Certificate IV in Instrumentation (highly desirable)Qualifications in Hazardous Areas and HV Switching (desirable)Strong technical troubleshooting abilitiesThe capability to work independently within a close-knit teamA high level of professionalism and commitment to quality workWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and financial incentivesBenefits and PerksWellness incentivesSocial events throughout the yearHow to ApplyClick "Apply Now" to submit your resume and a cover letter which outlines how you align with the role as described in this advert.Coogee Chemicals is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
