As a Change & Communications Manager working for this prestigious University, you will develop and implement change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication initiatives to support the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Sitting across multiple projects, you'll work closely with key stakeholders across the University to ensure a smooth transition and maximise the benefits of change.
Key Activities
* Lead and track the delivery of the project communications plan and assets, including email communications, briefings, staff presentations, maintaining project websites, newsletters, etc
* Simplify complex technical information to create engaging content to achieve awareness, acceptance and adoption of changes that will affect all stakeholders
* Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
* Plan and support Change Champion network meetings and gather feedback
* Measure the impact of communications and collect qualitative feedback from stakeholders
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5+ years in change management and/or communications specialist experience
* Sound knowledge and skills in stakeholder management, change management planning, governance, strategy, engagement, business impact analysis, business readiness, and reinforcement and embedding
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders, prioritise and deliver against deadlines in an agile/design thinking environment
* Experience developing communication strategies, using a variety of channels, media and delivery styles to support engagement of internal audiences
* Demonstrated experience in successfully uplifting change readiness
* Effective stakeholder management and engagement, particularly of senior leaders and executives
* Substantial experience in working with technical implementation teams applying Agile methodology
* Proficient in MS applications, and experience working in Jira and Confluence
