THE TEAM
This position supports the Warehouse, Logistics & Customer Service Teams to process inbound returns and outbound deliveries. The teams are critical to ensuring we provide the best service and value to our customers, and are responsible for ensuring a professional and seamless customer experience.
THE ROLE
This position will perform order processing, order picking and packing activities, inventory control and reverse logistics coordination. Knowledge of SAP is preferred, and strong computer abilities are required.
Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders and return orders within the ERP system (SAP).
* Pick and pack orders utilising RF scanning.
* Create outbound freight bookings as well relevant documentation.
* Unload LCL / FCL inbound stock and receipt / put away stock according to designated racking locations.
* Inventory management and stock rotation.
* Cycle counts and stocktake duties.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible end-to-end customer experience.
* Coordinate the return of goods to our warehouse with logistics providers and customers (B2B and end consumers).

Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 12 months experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Customer Service or Returns Department roles within a B2B or B2C organisation (required).
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems to process orders and inventory management would be highly regarded.
* Experience working in a wholesale or service based B2B organisation will be highly regarded.
* A valid forklift license (preferred but not essential).
* On the job training will be provided.
