**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) as an Executive Assistant has arrived! By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with curiosity and optimism by providing comprehensive assistance to our Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, adding significant value to our organisation.
In addition, you will play a key role in travel, accommodation, logistics and expenses, both domestically and internationally, further processing weekly payment requisitions, corporate expenses for the CSTO and invoice approvals for the leadership team. Your attention to detail will be frequently called upon, where you will prepare high quality, sensitive and confidential documentation, including the coordination of leadership team meeting papers.

You will be supported by and build strong relationships with the broader executive assistance team, frequently working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
**About you**
As an enthusiastic and collaborative team player, you will thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while always seeking to deliver at a high level. Your attitude and resilience are what will set you apart, supported by strong communication and time management skills. You will be a proactive, service-oriented professional with previous administration and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience, which has prepared you to support a C-Suite executive.
You're a natural born people-person with a strong background in working with ambiguity and complexity to engage and communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels. You aim to be one-step ahead, having the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions. Technical knowledge across Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams will be required to be successful in this role.
