Job Title:
Human Resource Generalist Consultant
Main Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and analyze Human Resources programs for effective implementation and administration.
* Proactively manage absenteeism, performance and ER case management to drive business outcomes.
* Conduct complaint investigations and provide coaching to stakeholders on relevant policies and regulations.
* Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policies to enhance employee engagement and experience.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR matters.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience within a high-volume environment.
* Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, preferably.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships.
* Ability to critically analyze information and make informed decisions.
* A strong sense of integrity and commitment to upholding company values.
* Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team to drive business results.
