Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work closely with the Design Manager and project teams to coordinate the successful delivery of the $150M Modular Social/Affordable Housing manufacturing facility (NOR) project, with exposure to other high-profile commercial and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate design input across all project stakeholders, consultants, and D&C subcontractors
* Resolve buildability issues and support value engineering decisions
* Ensure design outcomes meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements
* Support the Design Director in delivering technical and commercial excellence
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Design Coordinator for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
* 2–3 years’ experience in commercial building, ideally with a graduate program completed at a Tier 1/2 builder
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage consultants and D&C subcontractors to achieve design outcomes
* Permanent residency or full Australian working rights
