At KELLY Tillage you'll join a passionate, forward-thinking team where your ideas will be heard, your work will make an impact, and innovation is celebrated.Please visit https://kellytillage.com to learn more about our globally successful business.What You'll DoContribute to product development projects from concept sketches through to field release and customer hand‑overCreate detailed 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorksAssist with prototype builds, workshop tests and in‑field validationPerform engineering calculations and undertake validation of designsLiaise with suppliers, production and supply‑chain teams to ensure manufacturability and cost‑effectiveness of your designsDocument engineering changes and update records for manufactureDevelop and maintain product support documentation, manuals and technical guidesHelp support machine commissioning, training and the company's customer demonstration activities in Australia and overseasWhat We Need You To HaveA bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline (e.g. Mechatronics or Manufacturing).
