About the Role
AusPac and CCD's Tamworth office is looking for two full-time members to join the accounts team. Reporting to the Finance Administration Manager, the positions of Accounts Assistant are exciting opportunities, requiring highly organised and meticulous candidates. These roles play a key part in supporting day-to-day financial administration and bookkeeping activities.
The role would suit someone who enjoys structured, accurate work, is confident using accounting systems, and communicates professionally with both internal stakeholders and customers.
Key responsibilities
* High-volume data entry with a strong attention to detail
* General bookkeeping duties
* Processing invoices, expenses and monthly statements
* Maintaining and updating price lists and financial records
* Using accounting software (MYOB Advanced / ERP experience desirable)
About You
Our ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, will bring a practical, organised approach and be able to work as part of an efficient and effective and close-knit team.
To be successful, you will have
* Previous experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping or financial administration
* Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
* High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
* Experience with MYOB Advanced or similar ERP systems (desirable, not essential)
