We are looking for hard‑working, vibrant professionals to join our front‑of‑house team in Western Australia. You will deliver food and service to The Sporting Globe standards, adhere to Australian legal requirements and help drive overall business performance.
The Ultimate Sports Bar Experience
* Manage staff, including training, rostering and on‑shift supervision.
* Oversee operations across the venue, including restaurant, bar and functions.
* Take overall responsibility for FOH operational facets of the business.
* Ensure adherence to and audit OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
* Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
* Deliver superior service and quality to provide outstanding guest experiences.
* Foster a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.
* Maintain current market knowledge and execute promotional/marketing concepts to support business growth.
* Take a strategic approach in driving revenue, managing food and beverage, customer service and achieving financial targets.
The MVP We're Seeking
* 1 year of hospitality management experience.
* Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.
* Experience controlling the financial aspects of a business.
* Ability to lead, train and develop a team.
* RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced required.
* First‑aid certificate preferred but not essential.
* Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential.
