About You
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join our team at ClearCompany. To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (5th year completed - Masters Degree)
* Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
* A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* The ability to bring new ideas to the table and contribute to our innovative culture
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist, delivering assessments and counselling to individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances. You will conduct assessments to help guide people towards their new career, collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
* Conduct assessments and provide guidance to support individuals in achieving their career goals
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce
* Visit workplaces to understand the challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the health benefits of good work practices
