Schedule: Guaranteed Monday–Friday day work (no late nights). Weekly roster provided in advance.
About the roles
We're growing and looking for reliable, friendly cleaners who take pride in their work and genuinely care about clients. You'll provide professional cleaning for a mix of aged care, NDIS participants, and private households in and around Gympie.
Position 1: Casual Domestic Cleaner (Employee)
You'll join our rostered team and be supported with training, all equipment & products supplied, and a set, predictable schedule.
Duties include:
* General domestic cleaning (dusting, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens)
* Spring/deep cleans
* Decluttering & hygiene cleans (including hoarding support)
* Single-storey window cleaning
* Specialty cleaning for aged care & NDIS clients
* No bond cleans
What we offer (Casual):
* $35–$55 per hour (depending on job type & experience)
* Paid travel allowance + km reimbursement

You'll be great at this if you:
* Are punctual, trustworthy, and detail-focused
* Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients (especially in aged care/NDIS settings)
* Can work independently, follow checklists, and meet hygiene standards
* Fit, fast paced and hard working.
Must-haves (Casual):
* Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
* QLD driver's license + reliable car
* Work rights in Australia
* Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules & job notes
Nice-to-haves (Casual):
* previous professional cleaning experience
Position 2: Subcontract Cleaner (ABN)
Prefer to contract? We also partner with professional subcontractors.
Subcontractor requirements:
* ABN
* Public liability insurance
* National Police Clearance
* Some cleaning gear/PPE and a reliable vehicle
* Smartphone for schedules, job notes, and photos
What we offer (Subcontract):
* Consistent Monday–Friday workflow in the Gympie region
* Clear job briefs and prompt payment
* All chemicals can be supplied where needed (by arrangement)
* No bond cleans
(Rates are set per job or hourly, typically equivalent to $40–$55+ per hour depending on scope and urgency.)
Day-to-day work
* Travel between local clients (clustered runs to minimize driving)
* Follow tailored checklists and care standards (especially for aged care/NDIS)
* Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and safety at all times
