We're a Melbourne based company developing Omny Studio ), an enterprise-grade audio CMS for some of the largest radio networks and podcasters around the world. We're part of Triton Digital, the global technology and services leader to the digital audio, podcast & broadcast radio industry. We are currently looking for a C# Developer with strong technical and communication skills to join the Omny Studio development team in Melbourne (WFH). Job description In this role, you will work closely with the team to:
* Architect and build new features to be used by thousands of publishers every day
* Fine-tune and scale the platform to accommodate millions of podcast downloads every day
* Fix bugs and improve system reliability
Desired Technical Skills and Experience You should have:
* Solid understanding of C#, .NET, ASP.Net core, and web application development
* Solid understanding of SQL databases
* Experience writing unit tests, code refactoring, improving code performance, managing production applications
* Experience building, shipping, and being responsible for maintaining production apps
* Familiarity with the common tools (Octopus Deploy, Github Actions, NUnit, Moq, Profilers, Visual Studio, ReSharper)
* Proficiency with git source control and GitHub
Bonus Technical Skills and Experience These aren't requirements, just an overview of the kind of technologies we use day to day.
* Experience using NoSQL databases (Redis)
* Experience with designing for scalable infrastructure and cloud computing (Azure, Amazon)
* Experience with devops tooling (New Relic, OpsGenie)
* Experience with media frameworks (ffmpeg, MP3 codec, waveforms)
* Mentioning the word pineapple in the resume email subject line
* Experience with frontend frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Vue, npm, gulp, webpack)
* Experience or a passion for podcasting/radio/audio
