Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape Estimator looking to take your career to the next level?
We are seeking a talented individual to join our centralised estimating team based in Kensington. This role involves estimating the costs of projects, preparing detailed proposals, and working closely with our design and construction teams.
* Investigate tender portals to identify new opportunities relevant to our services, working closely with sales team members.
* Develop precise cost estimates using software such as Excel, Smartsheets, or Procore. Prepare budgets / take-offs for seamless handover.
* Foster strong client relationships throughout the quoting process ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* cCREATE job folders including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) & budget information for easy reference by Construction Team Members
* Collaborate Design Teams ensure Estimates align project goals/Client Expectations& build trust through open communication
* Negotiate pricing suppliers/subcontractors while driving business value initiatives promoting profit growth-/increased profitability)
