Tasks and Responsibilities
* Incoming Calls
* Outgoing Calls
* Emails and SMS
* Booking Appointments
* Explaining Treatment Plans
* Payment Plans
* Converting leads from advertising
* Maintaining a Call Log and Trackers
* Reporting KPIs to Management Team
