Offer description

The key purpose of the role will be to work as a manager and leader in customer service and operational excellence throughout the X‑Golf Clyde North location. The Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in staff coordination and performance, simulator maintenance, customer service, competition and event procedures, store performance, improvement planning and local area marketing activities in conjunction with the head office team and franchisee.


Qualifications & Experience

2+ years' experience in management, events, hospitality, booking systems & promotion campaigns. People management, customer service, sales and promotion of new products, experience with Microsoft suite products, proficient in use of Social Media Platforms and POS management.

Relevant Certificates for Approved Manager, RSA and First Aid.


Tasks & Responsibilities

The Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Venue Manager and Franchisee in providing an exception customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

* Customer Service – Maintain a high level of customer service from greeting, set up, general attentiveness, payment and farewell of customer.
* Events – To organise, deliver and evaluate (not limited to) corporate events, private parties and sporting club functions. Development of innovative products and initiatives to attract functions from new markets and maintaining relationships with local clubs and businesses.
* Kiosk Presentation – Ensure the venue is clean and professionally presented daily while maintaining X‑Golf procedures.
* Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of the X‑Golf simulator models and upcoming developments.
* X‑League – Develop 3 X‑Leagues and maintain structure of draws, handicapping and results weekly. Promotion in advance course details, draw and match ups.
* Venue Maintenance – Identify and repair common difficulties with the simulators in a timely manner; communicate major issues with the Technical & Parts Coordinator. Maintain venue cleanliness and operations to ensure the highest level of appearance and presentation. All staff are expected to complete this in a safe and professional manner.
* Ability to work unsupervised and lead teams of staff.
* Self‑management skills, setting priorities and organising work in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to follow policies and procedures of the business.
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to build and nurture relationships with staff and customers.
* Database management and communications.
* Strategic planning and coordination of staff to achieve short and long term goals.
* Coaching and training experience and practical application.
