We are seeking an experienced professional who has proven experience in leading Research and Evaluation - planning and conducting of evidence reviews/case studies that will be used in the delivery of key decision making and policy.
**Your new role**
The Assistant Director will be a leadership position where you will be responsible in delivering, supporting, planning and conducting of all evidence reviews within your group aimed at delivering best recommendation and practice
You will be responsible for;
- Project Management. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to scope, develop and manage project plans
- Leading and supporting border projects across division
- Preparing and presenting research reports and recommendations across all levels internal and external
- Leading research in data extraction, quality appraisals and data synthesis
- Leading design and documenting protocols for environmental scans, evidence snapshots and systematic reviews of evidence
- Searching of scientific and grey literature
- systematic reviews and meta-analysis
- Supervision a small team
**What you'll need to succeed**
Applicants will additionally need to demonstrate,
- Previous experience within Research and Evaluation is essential.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Leadership and drive
