Required Skills and Qualifications
* Multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
* Leadership abilities, either emerging or established, with a passion for driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, promotions, and effective merchandising.
* A valid driver's license (manual preferred) for occasional deliveries.
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as agreed upon with management.
