We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our inclusive team in a unique role making dog biscuits and preserves as part of a supported employment program for people living with a disability.
About the Role
As a Cook – Dog Biscuit & Preserve Production, you'll be responsible for preparing, baking, and packaging our signature dog treats, while working alongside and supporting people living with a disability in a safe, positive, and empowering workplace. This is a hands-on role that combines culinary skills with compassion, teamwork, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake dog biscuit recipes to a high standard
* Create delicious preserves, jams, relishes & pastes
* Support and work collaboratively with team members with disability
* Assist in training participants in simple kitchen tasks where required
* Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace health & safety guidelines
* Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and purposeful team culture

About You
* Experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production environment
* Genuine interest in supporting people living with a disability
* Patience, kindness, and a collaborative working style
* Ability to follow structured processes and maintain quality control
* Food Safety or relevant certification (desirable, or willingness to obtain)
* Dog lover a big plus
