The Role
Set in the heart of leafy Richmond, Kennedy Place offers luxury residences where cosmopolitan living meets refined design and personalised five‐star service. With a private wellness centre, seamless access to Melbourne's public transport, and a lifestyle designed for those who value connection, calm, and the extraordinary, Kennedy Place is more than just a home.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our dynamic team on full time basis. This Concierge is the go‐to person for our residents, who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the resort. The successful candidate, will therefore be required to assist in various areas of the resort, having more of a hands‐on approach.
Reporting to the Ardency Manager, you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including:
Responsibilities
* Providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of Kennedy Place by Ardency
* Managing reception duties and responding to resident and guest enquiries
* Maintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicing
* Coordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliance
* Conducting resident welfare checks and managing follow‐ups where required
* Assisting with production of weekly newsletter, monthly journals and community communications
* Contractor management including inductions
* Assist with day‐to‐day operational activities through different IT platforms
* Delivery of resident packages and room service meal
* Set up and pack down of resident activities
* Ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction
Shift / Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have the following:
* Administration and demonstrated customer service experience
* Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with an approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents, families, and team members
* Be highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
* Demonstrates outstanding personal presentation and reliability
* Willingness to learn and professionally develop
* A professional, initiative‐taking and can‐do attitude
* To have a current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Have current RSA, or be willing to obtain
Requirements
Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and RSA certification or willingness to obtain. Police Check and annual flu vaccination (May to November) may be required.
