About the role As a Senior Manager within Biointelect’s Commercialisation, Access and Policy team, you will play a central role in helping Biotech, MedTech and Pharmaceutical Clients to commercialise their portfolios. You will lead strategic commercialisation projects spanning opportunity assessment, market access, pricing, launch readiness and broader market strategy. This is a highly collaborative consulting role suited to someone who combines strong strategic capability with real-world industry experience and enjoys working closely with clients to solve complex challenges. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary project teams, contribute to business growth through client engagement and opportunity development, and help shape the future of healthcare innovation across Australia and globally. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of commercialisation strategies across the product lifecycle, including market access, pricing and launch readiness Partner with pharmaceutical, biotech and health technology clients to provide strategic, evidence-based commercial advice Lead complex consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment and project excellence Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions and workshops Contribute to business development activities including client briefings, proposal development and converting opportunities into long-term client engagements Provide leadership, mentoring and development support to direct reports, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture Apply industry and market insights to support client outcomes, thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives To be successful in the role, you’ll have Significant experience in management consulting, ideally within life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceutical strategy Direct pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience across commercial, medical, market access, policy or strategic functions will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and high-performing teams Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing others A strong understanding of the Australian healthcare and life sciences environment Why Join Biointelect?
