Vehicle Stock Coordinator
This is a permanent full-time position that involves working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The main work location will be in the vehicles warehouse and you will work closely with your team to:
* Ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes.
* Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the monthly auction.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers.
* Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures as required.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
* A passion for cars or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded.
* Current and valid manual driver's license (essential).
* Attention to detail.
* Competent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad.
* Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
