* Embed continuous improvement, commerciality, and service excellence across Finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* CA/CPA qualification with a degree in commerce, economics, or accounting (essential).

* Proven leadership and change management capability.

* Strong commercial acumen with Board-level advisory experience.

* Bring proven experience leading the rollout of a large-scale ERP transformation for finance, ensuring best practice in governance, reporting, and commercial outcomes.

* Expertise in governance, accounting, tax compliance, and financial systems.
