Your Role
As the first point of contact, you will help our customers navigate their banking needs and empower them to achieve their financial goals. Your primary responsibilities include providing exceptional assistance to our customers, answering their banking enquiries, and educating them on our products and services.

What We Are Looking For
* The ability to work across a rotating roster, Monday - Friday 7 am-7 pm and one Saturday shift a month.
* A genuine interest in growing a career in banking.
* Previous banking experience or experience working in a Call Centre is desirable but not essential.
* A passion for solving customer problems and engaging with customers to find solutions.
* Strong computer, analytical, literacy, and conversational skills.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
